Just another laziness to cook over the weekend, I made this super easy BBQ meatballs for my two year old. All you need to do is ready to cook frozen meatballs, mix with BBQ sauce and cook it in slow cooker for about 4 hours. Add a medium chopped onion for extra flavor. This super easy lunch menu consists of BBQ meatballs, roasted sweet potatoes, mix veggies and apples. Not completely healthy since the meatballs are considered a processed food, but overall is still within the food pyramid.
