Recipe: Homemade Pizza for the ‘Lil One

Another easy to fix weekend meal for my little one.  I made this homemade pizza using wheat English muffin.  I didn’t put any meat on it since we typically don’t eat processed meat and I didn’t feel like making homemade sausages.  My son looovveess it.  It’s quick, healthy, and delicious! 

Method:

  • Spread English Muffin with spaghetti sauce
  • Sprinkle mushroom slices, green peppers, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese
  • toast at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melt (varies by quantity)
  • Enjoy!

    Sounds and looks absolutely yummy. I really must try it when I get back home. Because after this trip I’m going to be sick of Indo food. hehe
